Become a CollectiveMed Affiliate and earn money by placing links on your website that drive traffic to the CollectiveMed PDA Center. Here you will find more detailed information about the Affiliate Program, how it works, and how you will get paid.

• How does it work?
  Participation is Easy and Free Place links on your site to CollectiveMed.com. We will even help you design a custom store front. Visitors click from your site to CollectiveMed.com. Whenever a visitor uses these links to purchase a product in the CollectiveMed PDA Center, that transaction is tracked online. You will earn up to 5% in referral fees for each purchase made on our web site.

• How do I get paid?
  CollectiveMed sends payments quarterly. A check is sent every 3 months for the total commission earned from sales in the PDA Center. The partner's total commissions earned each quarter must exceed $50 for a check to be sent. If your total commissions do not exceed $50, then the balance will be transferred to the next payment period until the minimum payout amount is reached.

• What technical skills do publishers need to have?
  Publishers need to be able to copy and paste HTML code and place it accurately within the code of a Web page or within an email. Our technical staff can help with ideas and customization. We can even create a customized PDA Center co-branded with your logo and other information.

• How can I track my sales?
  Once your account has been activated, you will have access to the Affiliate Account Management Center. From here, you can see your commissions in real-time, change your account information or view payout information.

• How do I sign up?
  It's easy! Simply click on the link below and fill in the required information. Once we have reviewed your application, you will receive an email stating that your account has been activated. You will also receive information about accessing the Affiliate Account Management Center and HTML resources for adding links to your website.
